Terms of Service

Overview

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using qmt.io ("Service"), operated by QMT Inc. ("QMT," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

QMT provides a profit tracking and analytics dashboard for Amazon sellers. The Service connects to your Amazon selling account via Amazon's Selling Partner API to display estimated revenue, costs, orders, and profit data.

Important: All profit figures displayed by QMT are estimates based on data provided by Amazon. They are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete and should not be relied upon as authoritative financial statements. QMT does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to register
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hi@qmt.io
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
  • Violate Amazon's Selling Partner API policies while using QMT
  • Transmit malware or otherwise interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a free tier (up to 1,000 orders/month) and a paid Pro plan. Current pricing is displayed at qmt.io/#pricing.

  • Pro subscriptions are billed annually
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
  • Failure to pay may result in automatic downgrade to the free tier

5. Amazon SP-API

Your use of QMT's Amazon integration is subject to Amazon's Selling Partner API Terms of Use. You authorize QMT to access your Amazon selling account data on your behalf solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may revoke this authorization at any time through Amazon Seller Central.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. QMT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. QMT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT PROFIT OR FINANCIAL DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QMT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL QMT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QMT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by QMT Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing hi@qmt.io. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
